Prospective memory in students with learning disabilities

Introduction. The importance of memory is not restricted to remembering the knowledge and experiences past retrospective (RM), but also remember what an individual must accomplish in future prospective (PM). Objectives. aim this study was identify RM PM levels students with learning disabilities (LD) according some variables (gender, grade) differences between two types memories. Methods. followed comparative descriptive statistics. sample consisted 37 male female LD middle school. Prospective Retrospective Memory Questionnaire (PRMQ) used study. Results. results include following: a statistically significant decrease from average LD, existence for RM, presence gender variable females, grade third Conclusion. Students may suffer their capacity future, which causes many difficulties daily life. We guide teachers use external AIDS (such as writing notes) help performing tasks.
